When we have a lot of lemons and we don’t have enough to consume or we see that we are going to lose a way to preserve them by pickling them or what is the same, conserving them in salt

we put in our thermomix the water, the salt and the juice of 1 lemon and mix everything
10 seconds / speed 6
if we want to put more lemons know that there are 3 or 4 teaspoons of salt for each lemon
In a large glass jar with a wide mouth, we put the lemons and fill with our mixed liquid of water, salt and lemon until the jar is full.
we close it and shake it again
We leave them for a month and a half in a dry and dark place.
from that time we can already consume or put in the fridge
