2 monkfish loins seasoned and cut into medallions
305 grams of raw shrimp, peeled and their shells on the other hand
Oil for frying

When you gather all these ingredients, follow the steps we indicate:
The first thing will be to prepare the fumet. To do this, add the water and the shrimp shells to the robot glass. Program to
speed 5 / 100º / 5 minutes.
Strain the fumet and reserve it.
Wash the robot glass and then add the onion, oil and garlic. Program to
speed 5/4 seconds.
Then start the robot again at
speed 1 / 120º / 5 minutes.
Add the white wine and program to
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 1 minute.
Next, pour the fumet, pepper and salt into the glass. Program to
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, dip the monkfish in flour and beaten egg and then fry them in a frying pan with specific oil.
When the sauce is ready in the robot, start it again at
progressive speed 5-10/1 minute.
Add the parsley and program
