- 100 grams of olive oil.
- 3 eggs.
- 1 sachet of yeast.
- 1 yogurt lemon.
- A bit of salt.

Preparation of lemon cake with the Thermomix
- Once you have bought all the ingredients, it is time to get down to business by following these instructions:
- Add the sugar to the glass and program the robot to progressive speed 5-10 for about 30 seconds.
- Then you have to add the lemon peel to program at the same speed as the previous step but for only 10 seconds.
- Next, add the eggs to the glass and program the Thermomix to speed 3 and temperature 37º for about 2 minutes.
- The next step is to add both the yogurt and the oil. The robot is programmed at speed 3 for 2 seconds.
- The flour, salt and yeast will be added to the robot’s glass that will be programmed to speed 4 for 6 seconds.
- What will remain is to pour the mixture obtained into a previously greased mold and place it in the oven, preheated, at a temperature of 180º for about 35 – 40 minutes.
