5. With the help of a spatula or spoon, lower the remains of sugar and lemon zest that may have adhered to the walls and lid of the Thermomix bowl towards the blades. Remove this flavored sugar to a bowl and set aside for a few minutes.
6. Again, in the glass of the thermomix, pour the eggs as well as the flour, the lemon juice without residue and the melted butter, program.

8. With the 10 grams of butter that was reserved, grease the individual molds for biscuits or ramekins.
9. Pour the mixture into the greased molds and sprinkle the reserved lemon sugar on top.
