1 dough for cakes (if you like it can be homemade)
500 grams of ricotta cheese
150 grams of icing sugar
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
3 eggs
Whipped cream or whipped cream to decorate
Preparation
Take the time to prepare the pie crust yourself, or you can substitute ready-made groceries or simply make a base of crushed biscuits and melted butter (this last option is also doable).
Once you have the dough, spread it out on the counter or work table forming a circumference of approximately 20-23 cm, the same size as the cake pan.
Place the circle of dough in the tart pan and cover on all sides, prick with a fork on all sides. If you use the cookie base, you only have to mix the crushed Maria type cookies with the melted butter and spread them over the entire surface of the mold.
In the glass of the thermomix place the eggs and the icing sugar to beat, program.

Then, add the ricotta cheese along with the lemon zest and juice, program.
