We are going to tell you what products you should buy to be able to prepare four servings of lasagna:
500 grams of minced meata.
About 16 – 18 lasagna plates.
150 grams of Parmesan.
1 clove garlic.
500 grams of crushed tomato.
Salt, pepper and oregano.
40 grams of olive oil.
180 grams of mushrooms.
Preparation of Lasagna Recipe with the Thermomix
Once you have already acquired all those foods, the elaboration begins:
Peel the garlic, onion and thoroughly clean the mushrooms and then chop them.
Pour the cheese into the food processor glass and set it to progressive speed 2/4 for about 5 seconds. After the result, save it.
Next, in the aforementioned glass add the garlic, onion and tomato. To crush everything you will have to program the Thermomix to speed 4 for about 3 seconds.
Then, for what is the jar, pour the oil and program again. In this case at speed 1 and varoma temperature for about 7 seconds.
Then add the mushrooms and minced meat as well as a little oregano and salt. The programming of the robot will be bucket speed and temperature 100º for 15 minutes, more or less.
Immediately afterwards, place a base of lasagna plates and above the mixture that you have obtained in the Thermomix. Then on this another layer of plates and so on until you exhaust what you have made.
