Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 150 grams of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 160 grams of flour
- For the stuffing:
- 400 grams of kiwi jam
- 500 grams of whipping cream
- 6 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 sheet of gelatine
- 45 grams of kiwi liqueur
- 1 packet lemon jelly
Instructions
- When you have gathered all of these ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Place the butterfly on the robot and add the eggs with the sugar and salt. Program at speed 3 ½ / 37º / 3 minutes.
- Then set the Thermomix back to speed 3 ½ / 3 minutes.
- Then pour in the yeast and flour. Program at speed 4 / 3 seconds.
- Pour the contents of the glass into an oven dish and insert it into this preheated appliance.
- Keep it there for 25 minutes at 180º. When finished divide the resulting mass in two and reserve.
- The next step is to hydrate the gelatine leaf. Then add the lemon gelatine to the glass. Program at progressive speed 5-10 / 20 seconds.
- Place the butterfly. Add the cold cream and program at speed 4 / 30 seconds.
- Soak one of the halves of the sponge cake with the kiwi liqueur and then place over that a layer of jam, then the cream and then chopped kiwi.
- On top, put the other half of cake also with kiwi liqueur and repeat the layers. All that's left to do is put the cake in the fridge for at least half an hour to cool it down.
