- Pour the butter and oil into the robot's glass. Set it at speed 2 and temperature 100º for about one minute.
- Then add the flour. In this case, you will have to program the Thermomix at speed 1 and temperature 100º for 2 minutes.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients. You will have to program the robot at speed 7 for about 5 seconds so that everything is mixed well.
