Ingredients for Crust of ham and cheese with Thermomix
For the mass:
127 grams of chopped butter
72 milliliters of water
282 grams of flour
Half a teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
For the filling:
205 grams of chopped York ham
205 grams of grated cheese
3 eggs
Salt and ground pepper to taste
202 milliliters of cream
Preparation of Crust of ham and cheese with Thermomix
Put on your apron and follow the steps that we indicate:
Pour the flour, butter, sugar, salt and water into the robot’s glass. program to
speed 6 / 15 seconds.
With the resulting dough make two equal parts. Then, each one of them extend it until you have two equal thin sheets.
Use one of the sheets to line a mold, the other reserve it.
Pour the cheese and ham on the mold sheet.
Add the cream, salt, pepper and eggs to the glass. program to

Pour the contents of the glass over the cheese and ham.
Now, put the other reserved sheet, in which you will have made some cuts, on top of the filling. Brush it with egg.
