Ingredients
400 grams of cooked chickpeas.
400 grams of cooked white beans.
50 grams of olive oil.
140 grams of chopped green beans.
160 grams of chopped pumpkin.
1 large onion
2 or 3 garlic.
160 grams of chopped tomato.
1 smashed potato.
1 tablespoon of paprika and another of flour.
Salt and ground pepper to taste.
550 grams of water.
Preparation
Once you have all these ingredients in the kitchen, follow the steps that we indicate:
Peel the garlic and add it to the glass. program to
