Ingredients

1 bottle of champagne – Cava
1 liter of cranberry juice
The juice of two lemons and the zest
100 grams of sugar
12 mint leaves
300 grams of ice cubes

Preparation

To begin the preparation of this delicious drink, you must first place the zest of the lemons together with the sugar in the Thermomix bowl, program.
20 seconds / Speed 10.
Then add the cranberry juice and ice cubes and again program.
1 minute / Speed 9.
To continue, pour the champagne, 6 of the 12 mint leaves and the lemon juice, program.
20 seconds / Speed 5.
