We have one of those recipes that I love to make with our Thermomix, it is a specially spiced cardamom tea and it is a real wonder of flavors

ideal to drink with a little milk both at breakfast, mid-morning to mid-afternoon or after eating. I prefer not to drink it at night because we remember that tea has theine and it may affect your sleep just like coffee

Cardamom tea ingredients with thermomix

1 cardamom pod
3 nails
1 cinnamon stick
4 black peppercorns
700g of water
500g of milk
20 g of sugar or 2 g of sweetener
1 piece of fresh ginger (approx. 5 mm)
2 tablespoons of black tea
1 anise or 10 g of anise liqueur

Preparation of cardamom tea with thermomix

to make our recipe we will put the cardamom pod, the cloves, the peppercorns and the cinnamon in our Thermomix bowl and proceed to pulverize everything
10 seconds / speed 7
add salt water add milk and sugar ginger and black tea and anise and program
12 minutes / 90 °C / speed 3
finally we strain the tea through a strainer and we can serve it
