To begin the preparation of this wonderful detox drink, Pineapple and cinnamon diuretic juice with thermomix, remove all the peel from the pineapple including the crown, discard the crown but not the peel.
Then, cut the pineapple into quarters, remove the center of it, cut it into 2-3 cm pieces. Cut the pulp into 2-3 cm pieces and reserve.
Pour the reserved pineapple peels and the pineapple core into the thermomix glass and program.
2 seconds / 2 times turbo.
To continue, add the cinnamon stick along with the water and program.
30 minutes / Temperature 100° / Speed 1.
When the preparation is ready, pass it through a fine mesh strainer and reserve the liquid.
Back in the thermomix glass, add the reserved pieces of pulp and program.
30 seconds / Speed 6.
Mix both preparations and schedule.
20 seconds / Speed 3.
Pour the juice into a pitcher and allow to cool before serving.
