Ingredients
400 grams of fusilli pasta.
400 grams of zucchini
3 teaspoons of curry.
35 grams of grated coconut.
150 grams of grated mozzarella.
1 clove garlic.
30 grams of extra virgin olive oil.
Salt.
1 pinch of ground black pepper.
Preparation
First we are going to cook the pasta, put 1.5 liters of water in our thermomix and program
12 minutes / 100º / speed 1
When the water is boiling, add a little salt and a drizzle of virgin olive oil, add the 400 grams of fusilli and program
cooking time indicated on the package / 100ºC / turn to the left / spoon speed
remove the pasta, drain and reserve
clean and dry our Thermomix bowl and add the oil and garlic and program
3 minutes / 100º / spoon speed
after that time we remove the garlic
Add the curry spoons and program
