Ingredients

  • In order to carry out this recipe, you need to have the following products:
  • 450 grams of pumpkin.
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 leek.
  • 1 medium potato.
  • 500 grams of water.
  • Salt.
  • 30 grams of olive oil.

Instructions

  1. Once all these products have been gathered, it is time to make the cream that
  2. concerns us by following these steps:
  3. First you have to peel the carrots and the potato.
  4. The leek is cut and added to the robot glass. There it will be programmed at
  5. speed 5 for approximately 3 seconds.
  6. Then the oil will be added, after having lowered the leek pieces from the walls
  7. of the glass to the bottom. The Thermomix will be programmed at speed 2 and
  8. Varoma temperature for about 8 minutes.
  9. Then add the pumpkin, potato and carrots as well as a little salt and water. The
  10. robot will be programmed at 1 ½ speed and Varoma temperature for half an hour.
  11. Finally, when those thirty minutes have passed and the temperature of the
  12. Thermomix has dropped, it will be programmed again at speed 5-7-10 for 1 minute.
