Ingredients
330 grams of water
10 grams of fresh pressed baker’s yeast crumbled
500 grams of bread flour
1 and 1/2 level teaspoons of salt
oil for greasing
Preparation
grease a bowl with oil and reserve.
to start the recipe we put the water and yeast in our Thermomix bowl and warm it

Add to the flour and salt and knead

when finished We put the dough in the greased bowl.
