Ingredients
200 grams of carrots
3 medium sized bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
150 grams of papaya
200 grams of broccoli
The juice of ½ lemon
25 grams of olive oil
Fresh parsley
2 teaspoons of mustard
Salt and pepper
Preparation
The first thing you should keep in mind is to have the freshest and most natural vegetables and fruits, nothing frozen or processed or prepackaged because they have simply already partially lost all their nutrients.
Wash and dry all vegetables and fruits very well. In the case of carrot and papaya, remove the skins and cut into pieces, place it in a container or salad bowl and reserve.
Cut the broccoli into pieces (each small tree or trunk) and place it in the Thermomix bowl. Likewise, the peppers, cut them into 4 parts each and incorporate them into the Thermomix bowl, to crush them a little, program.
6 seconds / Speed 4.
Add the broccoli and lightly crushed bell peppers to the salad bowl where the carrot and papaya pieces sit.
Pour the juice of half a lemon along with the olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper and finally the finely chopped fresh parsley over the already chopped vegetables and fruits.
Mix everything very well and serve.
The result is a very light and fresh salad. You will love that combination of flavors of vegetables and fruits.
