Crispy chicken fingerprint ingredients with yogurt sauce
800 gr chicken breast in strips
Salt and pepper
200 gr breaded bread
100 gr baconeras (bag)
100 fat fried potatoes (bag)
80 gr cheese powder
2 beaten eggs
Yogurt sauce
2 natural Greek yogurts
6 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 garlic clove
Handful chopped parsley
1 teaspoon curry
1 spoonful cumin
1 teaspoon and a half of salt
Crispy chicken fingerpress preparation with yogurt sauce
We chop the strips of baconeras and fried potatoes, 3 sec, V-5, we put them in a bowl along with the breadcrumbs and cheese powder
We salt and pepper the breasts of breast., We pass them through the beaten egg and continue for the mixture we just made.
We are placing them in batches in the Airfreyr, we spray with oil, we program 15 min at 200 °, in the middle of cooking, we turn it around
Yogurt sauce
We put the ank and cumin, we crush 3 sec, V-5, add the remaining ingredients and program 10 sec, V-5.
