A great way to take vegetables using our thermomix and in a recipe that is not only delicious but also diet since it does not have potatoes because thanks to cauliflower, leek and zucchini they have the necessary consistency

the truth is that all recipes with zucchini tend to attract me a lot, since they tend to be very rich and are usually quite light and healthy and suitable for the diet

Ingredients
- 1 leek
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 500 grams of cauliflower
- 300 grams of zucchini
- 600 grams of water
- 2 level teaspoons of salt
- 1 level teaspoon thyme
- Ground pepper
- Chopped ham
- 40 grams of extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- We put the leek and the oil in our thermomix glass and chop 15 seconds / speed 5
- We will lower the remains stuck to the sides of our glass with the spatula and program again 8 minutes / VAROMA / Speed 1.
- Put the basket on top of the lid.
- Once the previous step is finished, add the chopped vegetables and the water, salt, pepper and thyme and program 35 minutes / 100ºC / speed 2 d
- Let it warm up a bit and program again 1 minute / Progressive speed 5-10.
