225 grams of raw almonds
100 grams of walnuts
100 grams of whipping cream
250 grams of sugar

The first thing we are going to do in our walnut and almond nougat recipe will be to chop the almonds, for which we put them in the glass and program

put them in a bowl and reserve for later
the next we peel the walnuts, taking them out of their shells and with our hands we break them into smaller pieces
We put the cream in our Thermomix glass and add the sugar and program

We put it in a mold in the shape of the nougat and we are tapping it on the sides so that there are no bubbles inside and we wait for it to cool
