Recipes with Thermomix for Christmas

To be able to make this exquisite dessert, you need to have the following products:
300 grams of milk chocolate.
120 grams of puffed rice.
250 grams of chocolate for desserts.
100 grams of lard.

Once you have managed to gather all these products in the kitchen at home, it is time to put on your apron and start the recipe. You should do it by following these steps:
Pour the lard into the robot’s glass. Schedule it to speed 2 and temperature 70º for about 4 minutes, until melted.
Next, add the dessert chocolate and then the milk chocolate. The next step will be to program the Thermomix to progressive speed 5-7-9 at a temperature of 40º for 1 minute.
Afterwards, you must put the butterfly on the robot and you will add the puffed rice at speed 1.
And that’s it. What will remain next will be to pour the resulting mixture into a mold, rectangular in shape if possible, and let it cool. In this way, you will have prepared in a short time an exquisite chocolate nougat for Christmas.
