Queen’s Consommé with thermomix is a rich creamy soup that although its preparation is simple, it takes some time to cook its ingredients. So take precautions to impress your guests with this preparation.

Ingredients
- 500 grams of chicken breasts (skinned and cut into pieces)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 6 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium sized cabbage chopped
- 1 liter of water
- 250 ml. of liquid cream (if you want a low-calorie cream it can be light cream)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 slice of bread, toast cut into cubes for decoration, if you are celiac go beyond this point
- Sprigs of parsley, chives or coriander for decoration
Instructions
- Add in the thermomix glass the carrot and the onion previously peeled and cut in pieces, the cabbage too, previously washed and cut in pieces. Program 5 seconds / speed 3
- Then, add the water and the 500 grams of chicken breasts without skin and cut into small pieces for better cooking. Program 60 minutes/ Temperature 100°/ Speed 1
- Make sure the chicken is cooked and the carrot is soft. If this is not the case, you can continue cooking a little more. 15 minutes/ Temperature 100°/ Speed 1
- Once all the ingredients are well cooked, add salt and pepper to taste. Program. 15 seconds / Temperature 100° /Spoon speed
- At the end of this time let the mixture rest for a few minutes. After some time, proceed to prepare the cream. Program the thermomix 10 seconds / Speed 9
- Finally, add the liquid cream to the preparation, rectify the salt and pepper point and process to mix again. Program 10 minutes/ Temperature 100°/ Speed 2
