I will tell you a little advice, it takes very little amount of ham so do not
skimp on buying a good ham the dish wins a lot and the pocket does not suffer
since the amount of chips is little (or not, it depends on tastes)

Ingredients
- 1 kilo of melon
- 1 pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 small spoonful of sugar
- 2 Greek plain yogurts
- 200 grams of evaporated milk
- 100 grams iberico ham
Instructions
- We put the melon into pieces in our thermomix glass and crush it crush 1 minute
