Irish coffee ingredients with thermomix

200 grams of whipping cream
1 tablespoon icing sugar
600 grams of prepared coffee
90 grams of whiskey
3 tablespoons brown sugar
ground nutmeg

Preparation of Irish Coffee with thermomix

To start the recipe for our Irish coffee we will place the butterfly on the blades of our thermomix
we put in the glasspowdered sugarand the cream(which is very,very cold)and if our glass is also cold,better so that it whips the cream well and we program
no time/speed 3(until mounted)
remove the cream and put it in a pastry bag and reserve
then we remove the butterfly and wash the glass
Now add the coffee and brown sugar to the Thermomix bowl and program
6 minutes/90ºC/speed 1
Add the whiskey and mix everything
10 seconds/speed 3
we put the content in glasses or tall glasses and on top we put the whipped cream and on top we put nutmeg
