50 grams of pure cocoa powder
150 grams of chocolate chips
25 grams of fresh yeast
400 grams of water
75 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon salt

To prepare this wonderful cocoa bread with thermomix, pour the water together with the yeast, cocoa and sugar into the thermomix glass and program.
3 minutes / Temperature 37° / Speed 3.
At the end of the programmed time, add the flour and salt and program.
