Braided cocoa and chocolate bread with thermomix

Ingredients:
– 500g of bread flour
– 60g of cocoa powder
– 100g of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 20g of fresh yeast
– 50g of butter
– 250ml of milk
– 1 egg
– 100g of chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. In the thermomix, mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt for 10 seconds at speed 6.
2. Add the fresh yeast and butter and mix for 10 seconds at speed 6.
3. Heat the milk for 3 minutes at 37°C, speed 1.
4. Add the milk and egg to the thermomix and mix for 5 minutes at speed 6.
5. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
6. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
7. Divide the dough into three equal parts and roll them out into long strands.
8. Braid the strands together and place them on a baking sheet.
9. Let the bread rise for 30 minutes.
10. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the bread.
11. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
12. Let the bread cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
