Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of green apples, cored and cut into quarters
  • The juice 1 orange
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 10 grams of turmeric

Preparation

  1. The first thing we are going to do is remove the core from the apples and peel them into 4 pieces
  2. We also prepare the turmeric and peel it and cut it into thin slices
  3. To start this recipe we put in our Thermomix bowl the apples cut into 4 pieces and the orange juice we crush everything
  4. 40 seconds / speed 9
  5. We strain all the content well, removing the pulp on one side and leaving the liquid on the other.
  6. We put the liquid back in our Thermomix base and add the cinnamon stick, the turmeric and program
  7. 10 minutes / 70º / reverse turn / speed 1
  8. and our drink will be ready
