4 eggs (M)
220 grams sugar (you can add less, depending on the sweetness you like, with this amount they are not excessively sweet)

150 ml sunflower oil
Zest of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons (of the coffee type) ground cinnamon
320 grams wheat flour (normal, all use)
