Ingredients for Chocolate muffins with thermomix
3 eggs (L)
250 grams of brown sugar
150 ml of sunflower oil
340 grams of natural Greek yogurt
Vanilla
270 grams of wheat flour
90 grams of pure cocoa powder
2 teaspoons chemical yeast
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
45ml hot water
180 grams of chocolate drops
135 grams of chopped nuts (optional) or any other dry fruit, almonds, hazelnuts)
Preparation of chocolate muffins with thermomix
We turn on the oven at 180°C / heat up and down
We start by sifting the dry ones; We introduce in the glass, the flour, cocoa, yeast, bicarbonate and salt,

then the yoghurts and essence,

then, through the bowl, we add the oil at speed 3. Now is the time for the dry ones, we introduce them,

Heat the water and add it, mix

Add 135 grams of the chocolate drops, and stir with the spatula. If you choose nuts, add them and stir with the spatula.
We incorporate the dough into the capsules, without filling them completely, spread with the reserved chocolate drops
we bake some
25 minutes / or until checking the toothpick, it comes out clean
