400 grams of dark chocolate
125 grams of unsalted butter
250 grams of water
200 grams of flour
20 grams of yeast
10 grams of baking powder
4 eggs
Preparation of Chocolate lightning with thermomix
To begin with the preparation of these Chocolate Lightning bolts with thermomix, pour water and butter into the Thermomix bowl, program.

While the water is heating, cover a baking tray with non-stick paper and preheat the oven to 200°C.
