1 can of peach in syrup
210 grams of cookies
2 sachets of curd
100 grams of butter
4 gelatin sheets
910 grams of milk
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
122 grams of sugar

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Crush the cookies with the robot’s turbo option.
Add the butter, very cold, and program at
speed 6/10 seconds.
In a cake mold, where you will have placed greaseproof paper, pour the contents of the glass and spread it well. Then, put the container in the refrigerator.
Add to the glass both the milk and the curd, the vanilla, the sugar and about seven peach halves in syrup. Program a
speed 4 / 100º / 12 minutes.
Take the mold out of the refrigerator, pour the contents of the glass over the cookies and put it back in the fridge. Keep it there for about four hours.
After that time, take it out and pour the other chopped peaches over it.
The gelatin hydrates it as indicated on its packaging.
Pour the syrup into the glass and program
speed 1 / 90º / 5 minutes.
Add the gelatin and put the robot to work
speed 3/10 seconds.
