Ingredients of Chicken with almonds with thermomix

800 grams chicken thighs
60 grams olive oil
40 grams toasted almonds
60 grams ketchup
3 drops of Tabasco
30 grams of soy sauce
1 dash of caramel
1 tablespoon cornstarch
salt and pepper

Preparation of Chicken with almonds with thermomix

Before starting we will cut the chicken into elongated pieces and reserve
We will start by heating the oil for what we will introduce it in our Thermomix bowl and we will program:
5 minutes / 120ºC / speed 3
Add the reserved chicken to our thermomix and salt and pepper to taste and fry:
8 minutes / 120ºC / reverse rotation / spoon speed
