Ingredients of chicken tears with the Thermomix
In order to prepare this recipe that concerns us, you must gather the following products in the kitchen that will allow you to obtain between 3 and 4 servings:
3 chicken breasts.
The middle juice lemon.
Oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
1 clove Garlic.
Parsley.
Olive oil.
1 egg.
150 grams of toasted corn.
Preparation of Chicken Tears with the Thermomix
Once you have all those ingredients, it’s time for you to put on your apron and encourage yourself to prepare the recipe:
Peel the garlic and reserve it.
Clean the chicken breasts and cut them into thin strips.
Pour the corn into the robot glass as well as the rest of the ingredients except for the breasts and the egg. Program the Thermomix to progressive speed 5-7-10 for about 30 seconds.
Then add the egg, previously beaten, at the same speed and time as in the previous step.
The next step will be to pass the chicken strips through the mixture obtained in the robot.
