Ingredients
1 chicken breast
2 eggs
A teaspoon of salt
Pepper
Cumin
sweet paprika
garlic powder
Preparation
We put all the ingredients in the glass of the thermomix
30 seconds / speed 7
the result has to be like a paste.
We spread it on a baking tray with baking paper trying to make it as thin as possible.
Bake at 200°C / 15 minutes.
We remove from the tray and I have cut into triangles
which we place again in the oven but now on the rack.
In 5 minutes they will be super crispy.
We have taken them with a pate and they gave it the perfect juiciness.
I put the leftovers in a can and two days later they were soft, but I put them in the toaster for a minute and they crunched again.
