Ingredients
4 large chicken breasts
105 grams of orange juice
1 strip of orange peel
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
252 grams of olive oil
72 grams of apple cider vinegar
Salt and ground pepper to taste
4 black peppercorns
105 grams of chopped leek, only what is its white part
1 bay leaf
75 grams of chopped carrot
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
160 grams of onion in quarters
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add some of the oil, the leek, the onion and the carrot to the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 5/3 seconds.
Then reprogram to
speed 1 / 120º / 7 minutes.
Then add the peppercorns, bay leaf, paprika and rosemary as well as the orange peel. Put the robot to work
