Ingredients
150 grams of chestnut flour
500 grams of water
350 grams of wheat flour
155 grams of peeled and cooked chestnuts
30 grams of chopped walnuts
1 spoon of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
10 grams of olive oil
20 grams of fresh pressed yeast
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Pour both the water and the yeast into the robot’s glass. Program a
speed 1 / 37º / 1 minute and a half.
Then, add the rest of the ingredients, except the nuts, and program to
spike speed / 2 minutes.
Pour the dough into a bowl and let it rest for about 3 hours.
After that time, pour a little flour on the counter and start working the dough. Go giving it the shape you want and add the nuts. Knead well and when you have it with the look you want, let it sit for another three hours.
After this waiting time, put the dough in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 35 minutes at 180º. Go looking and when it is golden, take it out.
