The sauce that we bring today is a classic of sauces and is perfect to accompany all kinds of meats, both beef and pork, but also ideal with chicken or lamb

Pepper sauce ingredients with thermomix

  • 50 grams of black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 500 grams of cream
  • 50 grams of cognac
  • 40 grams of butter
  • 15 grams of beef extract
  • salt a pinch

Preparation of pepper sauce with thermomix

  1. The first thing we will do for our red pepper sauce recipe will be to put the butter in our Thermomix bowl, which is not very cold, we will have tempered it for a while before, together with the black pepper and we will program
  2. 5 minutes / 120 °C / speed 1
  3. we will then add the 50 grams of cognac or brandy and without putting the goblet so that the alcohol can evaporate and we will only be left with the flavor we will program
