3 ripe bananas without peel
300 grams of cream cheese
The juice of 2 oranges
110 grams of sugar
3 egg yolks

Preparation
Start by preparing the base of the cake, for this place the cookies inside the Thermomix bowl, and crush by giving turbo blows. One pair is enough.
On the other hand, melt the butter in the microwave.
Next, pour the melted butter over the crushed cookies and program.

Check that the cookies and butter are well integrated. Then spread the mixture into a 20 cm tart pan and press with the back of a spoon until you get a firm and even base. Reserve in the refrigerator.
To continue, pour the gelatin and a little water into a glass to hydrate.
On the other hand, pour the chopped bananas into the Thermomix bowl and program.

Then, pour in the orange juice and mix with the banana puree, program.

Pour this mixture into a saucepan over medium heat and cook while stirring for approx. 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand.
Back in the Thermomix bowl, place the butterfly in position, place the cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks and program.

On the other hand, drain the gelatin, add it to the banana mixture (this should be slightly hot to facilitate the gelatin dissolving well), mix until it has completely dissolved.
Mix alternately both preparations, first pour a couple of tablespoons of the cream cheese and cream over the banana cream and stir gently, repeat this step several times so that everything is mixed evenly and without lumps.
Pour the mixture into the mold with the cookie base, check that everything is well spread. Let set in the refrigerator overnight.
To decorate, melt the chocolate in the microwave, place it in a kitchen bottle and let it lose a bit of temperature, with the melted chocolate draw the desired shape, let it cool and if you wish, place white chocolate shavings on top.
