Ingredients for Carrot and walnut cake with thermomix
200 grams peeled carrots
150 grams of sugar
2 eggs (M)
120ml sunflower oil
120 grams wheat flour
teaspoon vanilla essence
teaspoon baking soda
teaspoon chemical yeast
half teaspoon cinnamon
Half teaspoon nutmeg
half teaspoon ginger
pinch of salt
80 grams split walnuts
Preparation of Carrot and walnut cake with thermomix
We start by turning on the oven at 180°, heat up and down
We sift the dry ones (flour, yeast, bicarbonate, salt and spices),
20 seconds / speed 8
withdraw and reserve
Peel the carrots and cut them into two or three pieces if they are large. We put them in the glass
5 seconds / speed 5
Add the eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla essence,
6 seconds / speed 5
Add the reserved dry and walnuts,
6 seconds / speed 4
We finish mixing with a spatula. We fill the mold and bake for about 40/45 minutes / or until the toothpick is checked and it comes out clean. Remove and let cool on a wire rack, unmold
