BROWNIE
We sift the dry ones (flour, cocoa and salt), to the glass,
10 seconds / speed 8
set aside and reserve. We melt butter,
1 minutes / 40ºC / speed 1
Let it cool down a bit.
Then we add the sugar
15 seconds / speed 3
Now the eggs one by one for the vowel, until the first one is added, we do not add the next one, while we continue at speed 3. Now the reserved dry ones,
10 seconds / speed 3
finally, the vinegar and the coloring,
6 seconds / speed 4
We finish mixing with a spatula.
Pour into the mold, this previously greased and floured, leaving a bit of dough that we will put in a pastry bag or bag, making a slight cut at the tip.
CHESSECAKE
All the ingredients, very important, are at room temperature. (Risk that we can be cut off, although if so, it also has a solution.
If you have ever made a cream, for example that of tiramisu, or eggs and cheese for a cake, and it has become lumpy, it can be fixed, just by putting it in a bain-marie and stirring, all the fatty parts will unify . With that said, we continue with the recipe.
sugar in the glass,
6 seconds / speed 8
we add the cheese,
1 minutes / speed 3
followed the egg,
30 seconds / speed 3
Pour over the brownie, smooth. Now with the reserved dough, we will put dots (look at the photos), with the help of a toothpick, we are sliding in a zig-zag, to generate abstract figures.
We bake, preheated oven to 180°, heat up and down, about 30 minutes / or until the toothpick is checked, it comes out clean.
We turn off and retire. When it is completely cold, from the same mold, we will count in portions.
