Ingredients of Broccoli Frittata with Thermomix
3 eggs
1 medium onion
400 grams of Broccoli (without the stem and cut into pieces)
6 fresh basil leaves
virgin olive oil
50 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
50 grams of whipping cream
½ tablet of concentrated broth, preferably vegetables
150 grams of cherry tomatoes (cut in halves)
Salt and pepper of your choice to taste
Preparation of Broccoli Frittata with Thermomix
This time our helpers in the kitchen will be the oven and the Thermomix.
The oven must be preheated to 200ºC and you must also have a 20 cm diameter mold greased with oil.
In a hot skillet, add a little olive oil and fry the broccoli, reserving it in a bowl for later. Likewise, we sauté the cherry tomatoes cut in halves and let them cool.
In the Thermomix bowl add the onion, basil, oil, salt and pepper. We program

Then, also in the glass we incorporate the eggs, the whipping cream, the ½ tablet of vegetable broth, the mozarella cheese and mix in the Thermomix

In a separate bowl we add the mixture of eggs and broccoli, we unite all the preparations well. Do not forget to always check the taste of salt to level its flavor, if necessary, this is the ideal time.
In the 20 cm diameter monde, previously oiled, add the mixture and decorate with the halves of cherry tomatoes on the surface.
Bake between 20 and 30 minutes, the duration of the cooking will depend on the intensity of the heat of the oven, which should be between 180ºC and 200ºC. Check constantly so that it does not overcook.
