Ingredients
1 Kg of botillo
700 grams of potatoes
1 cabbage
Olive oil
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
Preparation
We put the botillo inside the basket, fill it with water and cook
3 hours / 100ºC / speed 2
once cooked, remove and reserve
with the same water, we cook the cabbage cut into pieces, with the potatoes “cracked” into pieces
30 minutes / left turn / spoon speed
We serve in a fountain, and we put paprika and olive oil on top
