1 tablespoon soy sauce

½ teaspoon of nutmeg
Baked Tortellini Preparation
Begin the preparation of this wonderful baked Tortellini recipe by crushing the garlic clove together with the onion and chives in the Thermomix bowl, program.

With the help of a spoon or spatula, lower the remains of garlic and onion that have adhered to the walls and lid of the thermomix container to the blades, then pour in the oil and program.
