Lasagne with the Thermomix
It is an ideal dish for any lunch or dinner and will allow you to get all your guests are delighted.
We will tell you which products you must buy to get four servings of lasagna:
500 grams of minced meat.
About 16 - 18 lasagna plates.
150 grams of parmesan cheese.
1 clove of garlic.
500 grams of crushed tomato.
Salt, pepper and oregano
40 grams of olive oil.
180 grams of mushrooms.
Once you have acquired all those foods, the preparation begins:
Peel the garlic, the onion and clean the mushrooms thoroughly and then chop them up. Pour the cheese into the glass of the food processor and program it at a progressive speed of 2/4 for about 5 seconds.
Then reserve the result.
Then add the garlic, onion and tomato to the glass.
To crush everything, program the Thermomix at speed 4 for about 3 seconds.
Then, as it is the jar, pour the oil and program it again. In this case at speed 1 and temperature varoma for about 7 seconds.
Then add the mushrooms and minced meat as well as a little oregano and salt. The robot will be programmed to spoon speed and temperature 100º for about 15 minutes.
Next, place a base of lasagna plates and the mixture you have obtained in the Thermomix on top.

Finally, you will have to pour the béchamel over the lasagne, which you can also prepare in the Thermomix, and put it in the oven for a quarter of an hour at 180º. And that's it. All that's left to do is enjoy it.
