600 grams of rice
1000 grams of water.
500 grams of cooked chickpeas.
5 cloves of garlic.
300 grams of thinly sliced potatoes.
50 grams of Olive Oil
200 grams of pork belly
200 grams of pork ribs.
2 teaspoons of salt.
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 beef bouillon cube
4 blood sausages
Preparation of baked rice with thermomix
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Start by crushing the garlic cloves in the Thermomix bowl, program.

With the help of the spatula, remove the remains of garlic from the walls of the Thermomix bowl and add a little olive oil to fry, program.

Carefully place the butterfly on the thermomix blades and add the bacon and pork ribs, program.
Remove the butterfly from the thermomix blades, add the liter of water, salt, saffron and stock cube to the glass, place the varoma container on top and in it, the finely cut potatoes, program.
Once the cooking time is over, place the rice, the cooked and cleaned chickpeas, the pork with the broth, and the potatoes and blood sausage on top in the clay pot.
Bake for 20 – 30 minutesIt will depend on the intensity of your oven.
You can add a few slices of tomato and a head of garlic cut in half to the pan before baking.
