50 grams of sugar
Juice of half a lemon
1 cup of water
1 egg white
½ packet of vanilla sugar or a teaspoon of vanilla essence

Start by washing, peeling and cutting the apples into pieces or cubes, pour them into a container with the water and a few drops of lemon juice so that they do not brown, without stems and without seeds.
