  • 🍎 2 medium apples, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 🫐 100 g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 🌾 200 g wheat flour
  • 🧂 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 🧂 ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ⚫ ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 🧈 100 g melted butter
  • 🥚 2 large eggs
  • 🍯 150 g sugar (can be brown)
  • 🥛 60 ml of milk
  • 🌿 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ✨ ½ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • 🧂 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Step by step instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 160°C for 3–5 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare a mold suitable for air fryer, greased or lined with baking paper.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture looks creamy. Add the melted butter and vanilla essence, mixing gently.

Sift the flour together with the baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture, alternating with the milk, until you obtain a homogeneous mass.

Add the cubed apples and cranberries to the dough. Mix carefully so that the fruit does not break up too much.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the surface with a spatula. Gently tap the mold to remove air bubbles.

Cook in the air fryer at 160°C for 30–35 minutes. Check the cooking with a toothpick: it should come out clean. Adjust the time according to the power of your air fryer and the size of the mold.

Let cool for 10 minutes before unmolding. Serve the bread alone, with butter, cream cheese or a little honey. Delicious and juicy! 🥰
