A whole orange
Three eggs
A natural yogurt
200 g of flour.
A spoonful of oil.
A Royal yeast envelope.
Wash the orange very well, cut it and grind it. Progressive 5-7-9 speed.
Add eggs, yogurt and oil, schedule
10 seconds / Speed 6.
Incorporate the flour with Royal yeast and a pinch of salt, program
15 seconds / Speed 6.
They are fried in abundant oil, to which we will have put a skin of lemon, so that they do not burn. They slip on absorbent paper. When they are lukewarm we coat them in icing sugar.
