Ingredients
10 wheat tortillas
200 grams of spinach
200 grams of artichokes
200 grams of mozzarella
200 grams of cream cheese
50 grams of Parmesan cheese
50 grams of milk
50 grams of olive oil
2 pinches of salt
2 pinches of ground pepper
Preparation
The best thing about this recipe is that the tortillas are already made and you only have to heat them, so this preparation is based mostly on the filling. So go for it.
Pour two tablespoons of oil into the Thermomix bowl and the center of the artichokes (it can be the frozen ones) cut into pieces, program.
