banana delicacies battered with thermomix

Preparation

1. To start our recipe we will cut the butter that will previously be at room temperature into pieces and put it in our Thermomix bowl, point with the glass of water, salt, and sugar and program
2. 5 minutes / temperature 100 ºC / speed 1
3. add the flour and re-program
4. 20 seconds / speed 4
5. Let it cool for 10 minutes
6. after this time we peel the bananas cut in half placing with a stick inside as if they were ice cream
7. We take each banana that we do not cover with the paste we have just made in our Thermomix, so that they are well covered with it with a good layer
8. then fry in a pan with plenty of oil until golden brown, remove them and put them on blotting paper to remove excess fat
9. we batter with a little sugar on our plate it will be ready
